Microdermabrasion is the mechanical removal of the surface layer of dead skin cells in order to encourage the regeneration of the skin through the growth of new skin cells. It enhances the appearance of the skin and can be used to target a range of face and body conditions. The superficial layer of the skin constantly sheds and renews, dull, dead kerantised cells are replaced by new, healthy cells giving a clear glowing complexion.
